Reviews and Ratings <br />
While there were some highlights like the spacious gym and relaxing pool, my overall experience fell short due to issues with room cleanliness and billing confusion. The ambiance was nice, perfect for unwinding, but the noise from gym activities early in the morning was a significant downside. Overall, it had its ups and downs, making me hesitant to recommend it universally.
My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the leisure facilities were excellent, making it easy to unwind and stay active. On the other hand, I faced significant issues with noise disturbances, which detracted from my experience. While the staff was generally helpful, the management response to my concerns was lacking, leaving me frustrated. Overall, there were great amenities available, but they were overshadowed by the poor sleep quality due to noise.
Our stay was lovely with a great atmosphere and modern amenities. The room was well-appointed and clean, making it comfortable for us. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially since we encountered issues with meal options. The facilities, specifically the spa and pool, added to the relaxation, but some noise disturbances impacted our sleep.
This resort spa offers solid leisure facilities with a spacious gym and relaxing sauna, which I found especially appealing for unwinding after a long day. The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired; ours was disappointingly small for two people. On the dining front, while the food was generally good, I did encounter a significant issue with service that marred my experience, especially given it was a special occasion.
My stay at the hotel had some great moments, especially with the spacious and clean rooms and the wonderful spa treatments. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. However, I was disappointed with the communication from the central booking team regarding our requests, which put a damper on the overall experience. Despite this, the leisure facilities, like the pool and sauna, were top-notch.
